TRAIN TOUR COST Includes :Overnight Stay & travel onboard train in Exclusive AC sleeping chambers with private attached bathrooms ; Bed Tea/Coffee Service; Daily Three Meals; Packaged Drinking Water; Group Sightseeing tours in AC Buses with English speaking Guides; Complimentary use of onboard gymnasium ; Entrance fees at monuments & Wild Life Parks; House Pouring Brands of Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic beverages.
EXTRA Train Tour COST (not included)
Use of Spa Facility ; Optional Journeys ; Consumption of PREMIUM Brands of Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic beverages; Laundry; Tips & Gratuity ; Tour Insurance and all other expenses of personal nature.
BOOKING PROCEDURE :
- Advice date of journey with Number of Cabins required.
- To Process Booking we require Passport Copies of All Passengers.
- Booking will be confirmed on receipt of Advance Deposit of 25% of Published Ticket Value. ( inclusive Taxes)
- Payment Can be made by Either Online Credit Card Authorization OR Swift Bank Wire Transfer.
- Balance Payment ,with Train Reservation Form ,must reach us at least 65 Days before Depart.
- Full -One Time Deposit id required ,if Booking request made less than 65 Days before Train Depart.
- E-Ticket Document Kit will be forwarded on completion of Booking Formalities
- Some Sightseeing Tours are Optional & can only be booked Onboard Train at extra payment.
CANCELLATION RULES :
- Golden Chariot Train is Operated by IRCTC ( Commercial Wing of Indian Railways) & liability of Royal Indian Trains is restricted to that of Booking Agent Only
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing & Acknowledged by us
- Request for Change in Passenger Name/Date of Journey is governed by Cancellation Rules
- Minimum 20% Cancellation Fee on Published Ticket Value ( inclusive Taxes) -if request received more than 63 days before depart
- Minimum 40% Cancellation Fee on Published Ticket Value ( inclusive Taxes) -if request received between 62 Days to 47 Days ,prior to Train depart
- Full 100% Cancellation Fee ( NO REFUND) -if request received less than 47 days before train depart
- NO SHOW /Failure to board the train -for whatsoever reason is non refundable
- In case of Medical Emergency ,Client must forward relevant Documents & Decision of Train Tour Operator to refund money will be final
- Train Tour Operator (IRCTC) Reserves right to amend Scheduled Sightseeing Tours at short notice
- In case Client wants to disembark earlier for whatsoever reason, no refund will be made
- In case Train Tour Operator (IRCTC) Self cancels a Scheduled Journey ,they are liable to make Full Refund
- Royal Indian Trains reserves the right to charge US$ 100 Bank Processing Fee ,while making Overseas Refund
Important :
All Foreign Passport Holders must obtain Indian Visa ,before boarding flight from Home Town
It is advised to Pre-Purchase Tour /Travel Insurance from Country of Residence
Disputes ( if Any) are subject to jurisdiction to Courts of NCR - Gurugram ( INDIA) only
